Apple iPad 10

Apple has released another update for iPadOS 17.5.1, but this release is intended to… then fix it. Tenth generation iPad.

On May 20, Apple released iOS 17.5.1 and iPadOS 17.5.1 updates for iPhone and iPad. The update fixed a bug in the Photos app that was causing previously deleted images to reappear.

Two weeks later, Apple released an update again, but only for one device. The re-release of iPadOS 17.5.1 released on Monday is limited to the iPad 10.

The update is only applicable to that specific iPad model. This does not affect other iPad models.

The new update has build number 21F91. The build number of the previously released version for all other compatible devices is 21F90.

It's unclear what exactly Apple changed in this build.
