Tim Cook says China will get Apple Vision Pro later in 2024

Apple CEO Tim Cook, currently in China to negotiate with suppliers, told local media that the Apple Vision Pro will appear on mainland China later this year.

Cook was answering a question from journalists at the China Development Forum in Beijing. He added that the company will continue to invest in research and development capabilities.

Apple previously said that Apple Vision Pro would appear in other countries outside the US, but has not yet provided an exact timetable. Further announcements could come as early as WWDC in June.

Cook also helped open the new Apple Jing'an Apple Store in Shanghai. Apple is also rumored to be in talks with firms like Baidu to help with AI-related technologies.
