Apple Hongdae Store Opens in South Korea

Apple opened its Apple Store in Hongdae, South Korea, bringing the total number of stores in the Asia-Pacific region to 100.

On Saturday, Apple opened its Apple Store in the Hongdae district of Seoul, South Korea, which is the 100th Apple Store in the Asia-Pacific region and the seventh an Apple retail store in Seoul itself.

Welcome by an army of store employees, customers were able to view Apple products and take part in activities on display. This includes a limited-edition Pop-Up Studio with hip-hop artist Binzino, showcasing some of the inspiration behind his single “Train,” exclusive to Apple Music.
