Russian MacBook Pro, Apple Ring, and Apple Intelligence Leaked on AppleInsider Podcast

This Render May Be Your Only Chance to See What the Apple Ring Could Look Like

As analysts insist the Apple Ring is either cancelled or in the works, and Russian YouTubers continue to claim they have unreleased M4 MacBook Pro, AppleInsider The podcast covers who and what to believe, and what's going on with Apple Intelligence.

The iPhone 16 line is still new — and we're still getting used to its camera controls — but so much of the news this week has been about products Apple hasn't announced yet. The Apple Ring, for example, is undoubtedly over, or it will undoubtedly launch in 2026.

It's a little clearer that there will be an M4 MacBook Pro, that's for sure. But various groups in Russia claim to already have a few of them that they seem to want to sell, but you can't buy them.

What you can do right now is enjoy “Submerged” on the Apple Vision Pro. AppleInsider's Mike Wurtele says the tension and environment are just visceral — and he's ex-Navy, he served on submarines, so he knows.

Beyond the success of the film and the format, “Submerged” is the first-ever scripted drama for the platform, and it begs the question of why Apple isn't launching more shows like it, eight months after the headset launched.

BONUS:Subscribe via Patreon or Apple Podcasts to listen to AppleInsider+, an extended episode that this time focuses on the dark side of Apple. We may wonder how the company handled the launch of the Apple Vision Pro, but there are ongoing issues with illegal union busting, and there are recurring stories about how Apple treats its suppliers.
