Researchers share a new understanding of women's health research in Apple

In 2019, Apple announced the trio of new studies, including studying the health of Apple Women in partnership with Harvard T.H. School of Public Health Chan and the National Institute of Environmental Health NIH.

Researchers shared several updates over the years from the start of the study, including this week.

in the update published on the Harvard website this month, the researchers shared a new understanding of whether the participants in the woman’s health study are changing.

The researchers examined more than 22 million training for more than 110 thousand participants and found that:

  • walking, cycling, running, functional strength training and yoga were the best.
  • Participants with regular cycles usually had 20.6 minutes of exercises per day. Participants with irregular cycles usually had 18.6 minutes a day.
