Belkin's New Band for the Apple Vision Pro

Apple decided not to release a combination band for the Apple Vision Pro that would have used a single knit back with over-the-head support. Instead, Belkin released one, and we installed it.
Famous accessory maker Belkin has released its latest accessory for Apple's spatial computer. Called the Head Strap for Apple Vision Pro, it fills a void that Apple itself created.
When the Vision Pro was announced, eagle-eyed viewers noticed a marketing image that showed the headset with this dual strap configuration. It was never released and was eventually removed by Apple.
Apple's Unreleased Vision Pro Combo Band
By doing this, Apple would have admitted that the Vision Pro was heavy and benefited from this band. Now we have the next best thing.

A Simple Addition to the Vision Pro
The Belkin band feels very Apple-like. It's super soft and the gray color matches the first batch of bands perfectly.
You will need to remove the strap and power cable to connect the Belkin Headband
There's a small plastic cap on each end that fits over the speakers. The right side is easy, just pull off the single knit strap, but the left side requires you to unplug the power cable.
We wish you could leave the power plugged in so you don't have to reset it every time you want to plug or unplug the cable.

They've kept the position markers for the cable, which is appreciated. They're barely noticeable, but they're there so you know where to plug in the charger and which way to turn it.
It also has a hook and loop connector that you can tighten tightly over your head.
Available to order now
Belkin isn't the first or only company to release a top-of-the-line band for the Apple Vision Pro. Spigen and AnnaPro both make solid options that have their own followings.
Wearing the Apple Vision Pro with the Belkin weight-distribution headband
We'd say the Belkin is the most Apple-like of the bunch. It definitely improves comfort and fit, making for longer wear sessions.
Now that Apple has started testing an ultrawide display option for Macs, we might see people wearing it for longer periods of time while working.
Belkin's New Vision Pro Band Is Now Available
We can't argue with the fact that the Apple Vision Pro actually feels more stable with a second band like this one. You get the comfort of a single knit band with the added stability of a top band.
It's a little pricey at $49.95. However, after spending $3,499 on the Vision Pro, it seems like a small price to pay for the comfort.
You can order one for yourself through the Apple Store if shipping has already been pushed back to December.
