Large Apple store at Canada's Square One shopping center to open next Saturday

The grand opening of the relocated Apple store at the Square One shopping center in Mississauga, Ontario will take place on Saturday, March 23rd at 10 a.m. local time, according to updated wording on the store façade shared with us by Apollo Zhao. Mississauga is located west of Toronto, Canada's most populous city.

Thursday, March 21st will be the last day of operation for the existing Apple Square One store, which originally opened in August 2009.

The new store is located on the second floor of Square One, above the central food court, has a very wide, partially curved façade. Its footprint is significantly larger than the existing store, allowing it to better handle the heavy traffic of Canada's second largest indoor shopping mall.
