Costco's Black Friday early bird offer for Gold Star members or Executive memberships is offering new members a free $45 Shop Card just in time for holiday shopping.

Offered through StackSocial, new members can purchase a Gold Star or Executive annual membership and receive a free $45 Digital Shop Card. This is the best deal we’ve seen this year on a warehouse club membership, and there’s no guarantee it will last the entire season. Considering a Gold Star annual membership costs $65 per year, this offer for your first year of warehouse club access is really tempting.
The main benefit of an Executive membership is the ability to earn 2% rewards (up to $1,250) on eligible purchases at Costco each year, which can really add up if you regularly buy groceries, appliances, and essentials. You can also get extra benefits on select Costco Travel products.
This Costco deal is only valid for new members and members whose memberships have expired more than 18 months ago. The offer also applies to those in the United States and Puerto Rico.
Qualified members will receive a digital Costco Shop Card via email within two weeks of redeeming their purchase. To qualify for the promotion, the offer must be redeemed by January 31, 2025, but shoppers are encouraged to redeem it within 30 days of purchase.
