After a false start in January, the Apple Music Classical app has officially launched on CarPlay. The app also now integrates with Siri, allowing you to ask Siri to play your favorite content using Apple Music Classical.
The Apple Music Classical app on CarPlay works exactly as you would expect. It’s very similar to the stock Apple Music app in terms of design. You can easily browse your library, recommended content, editorial curation, playlists, and more. Check out the screenshots below for a closer look.
Apple confirmed the addition of CarPlay and Siri support in the release notes for today's Apple Music Classical update:
This update adds support for CarPlay and Siri, as well as stability and performance improvements.
The Apple Music Classical app is available for download from the App Store and is included with a standard Apple Music subscription or Apple One.
