App Store Connect, AppleCare and other services are currently unavailable to many users.

If you're having trouble accessing App Store Connect or Apple Podcasts Connect, you're not alone. Apple just confirmed that both platforms are experiencing outages and users may be unable to access them.

Some Apple services are currently down

The news was confirmed by Apple on its System Status webpage, which indicates when its online services are down. According to the company, the outages began around 3 p.m. Pacific Time and are ongoing. In addition to App Store Connect and Apple Podcasts Connect, platforms like Apple Business Manager and AppleCare are also down.

“We are investigating and will update as more information becomes available,” the company said in a statement. Services associated with these platforms, like the App Store Connect API and TestFlight, are also affected.

There are no details on what caused today’s outages, and Apple has not provided an estimate for when the affected services will be back online. We will update this article once the outages are resolved.
