Apple TV+ Scores Seven Major Golden Globe Nominations, With Slow Horses and Disclaimer received several nominations.
That's a sharp drop from its 2023 performance, when Apple TV+ picked up 16 nominations in the film and TV categories. However, this time around, critically acclaimed Slow Horses earned three nominations, while Downsizing and Disclaimer each earned two.

- Best Actor in a Drama Series: Gary Oldman, Slow Horses
- Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series: Jack Lowden, Slow Horses
- Best Actor in a Comedy Series: Jason Segal, Downsizing
- Best Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series: Harrison Ford, Downsizing
- Best Actress in a Limited Series: Cate Blanchett, Disclaimer
- Best Actor in a Limited Series: Kevin Kline, Disclaimer
Slow Horses is nominated for Best TV Drama, and star Gary Oldman is nominated again in the category of Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Drama Series. The show also won for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Supporting Role on Television for Jack Lowden.
Lowden will compete in the category against Harrison Ford, who is nominated for his performance in Downsizing. The comedy also received a nomination for Jason Sequel for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Television Series – Musical or Comedy.
Disclaimer is the newest show on Apple TV+ to receive nominations, earning nominations for Outstanding Performance by an Actor in a Drama Series for both Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline.
The winners will be announced on Sunday, January 5, 2025. The ceremony will air live on CBS and Paramount+ starting at 8 p.m. ET.
Apple TV+ has already picked up Slow Horses for a fifth season.
