Apple stores in three U.S. cities will move to new temporary locations on November 9, possibly due to renovations. Here's what you need to know.
Apple announced Tuesday that its La Encantada retail store in Tucson, Arizona, will be moving to a new location, opening on November 9 at 10 a.m. local time. According to the company's website, the pop-up store will be located on the second floor of the open-air mall, just before the stairs.
As MacRumors notes, the La Encantada store originally opened two decades ago, in 2004. Apple may decide to renovate the store's original location while the pop-up store is in use. There are currently no details on when the La Encantada store will return to its original location.
In late October, Apple announced that it would open a pop-up store at Roosevelt Field in Long Island, New York, as well as another store in Fairfax, Virginia. Both stores are set to open on November 9, the same day as the relocated La Encantada store.
Abroad, Apple's Belfast store in Northern Ireland relocated in October. The original store location, which opened in 2008 as Apple Victoria Square, closed on October 15. Apple Belfast replaced the store on October 18, just three days later.
Apple periodically refreshes its various retail store locations, giving them a new look and replacing outdated interiors in the process. Some have moved or been renovated since 2023, such as Tyson's Corner, Square One, and Birkdale Village.
