Neva, the next game from the creators of the beloved Gris, is coming to macOS on October 15.
“Experience the touching story of a young woman and her lifelong bond with the magnificent Wolf as she embarks on a thrilling adventure through a rapidly dying world,” the game's Steam description reads.
Neva follows protagonist Alba and Neva, her wolf cub companion, after a traumatic encounter with dark forces. The pair must do everything they can to survive and find a new home.
Players will guide Alba and Neva through fragile, beautiful environments. The game combines action-adventure with 2D platforming and is deeply narrative-driven.
Neva will be available on Steam for macOS and Windows on October 15. It will also be available on PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X, and Switch.
Those interested in playing the game will need to meet the minimum requirements of macOS Catalina (10.15) and an Intel Core i5 processor. However, the developers recommend that players have an Apple M1 computer updated to macOS Ventura (13.3) or newer.
