One of the updates to iOS 17.5 is a new original word game from Apple called “Quartiles.”&# 8221; However, it is not part of Apple Arcade and is actually located in the News app. Here's how to find and play Quartiles in iOS 17.5.
Quartiles joins Crossword and Crossword Mini for Apple News+ subscribers.
In the new word game, you can choose from a grid of split words and get more points for making words from more tiles.
You can also get a 40 point bonus for finding all 5 quartiles.
How to find the game Quartiles for iPhone in iOS 17.5
- Make sure you are using iOS 17.5
- Open the Apple News app
- Click Search/Subscribe tab in the lower right corner.
- Select “Puzzles” at the top.
- Now click “Quartiles”at the top (or also at the bottom)
- Click the + icon in the top right corner when viewing quartiles to add it to the next list, or use the … icon to share a link to the Quartiles puzzle
If you don't already have a News+ subscription, you may be offered a free three-month trial. After that, you can pay a separate subscription for $12.99 per month or include it in Apple One plans.
