Anthropic#039;s Claude generative AI app on iPhone

With support Amazon The firm that advocates for safe and secure artificial intelligence applications has released the Claude AI app for iPhone and iPad — but not Mac.
Apple may still be the only generative artificial intelligence manufacturer whose specialists undergo legal and ethical training. However, Anthropic is among the firms committed to bringing industry best practices, and its work can now be used on iOS with Claude 3.
“Claude was built to help individuals— and now teams— are harnessing the power of the most industry-leading AI models,” the company said in a blog post. “Whether you need a partner for deep work, a knowledgeable expert, a creative collaborator, or an assistant who is instantly available, Claude empowers every employee and enables businesses to achieve. new levels of performance for better results.” Previously available as an online service, the new iOS app is free to download, but does not work on Mac. It is also free to use within limits that vary. Depending on the size and complexity of the requests.
These requests may include analysis of photos from the user's library or photos taken in real time using the iPhone camera.
Anthropic claims that users can ask 45 messages every 5 hours, or about 9 questions per hour. The company also says that upgrading to Claude Pro for $20 increases that limit by five times.
At the same time, Anthropic released Claude for Teams, again increasing the number of queries that can be asked of a single user. Claude for Teams costs $30 per user per month and requires a minimum of 5 members per team.
Claude for iOS follows many previous generative AI tools for the iPhone, starting with ChatGPT, as well as Google's Gemini and Microsoft's Copilot.
Anthropic was founded by former OpenAI engineers and has received funding from Amazon, Salesforce and Google, among other companies.
It is known that Apple has developed its own generative application for artificial intelligence called Ajax. AI features for iOS 18 are also expected to be announced at WWDC on June 10.
