Apple will report earnings on May 2 after the launch of Vision Pro

Apple today announced that its next quarterly earnings call will be held on Thursday, May 2 at 2:00 pm ET. Pacific Time.


On the call, which will be streamed live on the website Apple for Investors, Apple CEO Tim Cook and CFO Luca Maestri will discuss the company's earnings results for the second quarter of fiscal 2024. During the quarter, which ran from December 31, 2023 to March 30, 2024, Apple launched the Vision Pro headset in the United States and updated the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air models with the latest M3 chip.

Apple hasn't given official guidance since the start of 2020, but analysts expect the company to report quarterly revenue at an average of $90.6 billion, according to Yahoo Finance. Apple reported revenue of $94.8 billion for the year-ago quarter .

AAPL closed today at $168.82, down from a 52-week high of $199.62.
