This week Apple introduced a new generation of MacBook Air with the M3 processor, available in 13-inch and 15-inch versions. . The new laptops look exactly the same as the M2 version in terms of design, and they have something else in common: wallpaper. The new MacBook Air features the same Liquid Retina display, notch, and 1080p camera as in the previous generation. The biggest news is the faster M3 chip, which for the first time in an Apple Silicon MacBook Air enables support for up to two external displays simultaneously. The M3 chip also provides hardware-accelerated ray tracing for enhanced 3D graphics.

In addition to the traditional Space Gray and Silver colors, the MacBook Air is also available in Starlight (which looks more like champagne) and Midnight (a very dark blue). Apple says M3 models feature a new anodized seal to reduce the visibility of fingerprints.
