CAD renders show what the iPhone SE 4 could look like

CAD renderings claiming to show the iPhone SE 4 [91mobiles]

Rumour assessment   馃 Perhaps

A pair of CAD renders purport to show the iPhone SE 4, the new model, apparently includes Face ID and a 6.1-inch display.

There are rumors that another iPhone SE model is on the way, and a fourth-generation model with a radical new design could arrive sometime in early 2025. New renders seem to indicate that some of the claims about the budget smartphone may be true.

The CAD rendering obtained by 91mobiles from “industry sources” shows a device similar in design to the iPhone 14. In a similar frame, it is shown with a 6.1-inch display, which is a significant step up from the 4 .7-inch screen of the previous version.

Like the iPhone 13 and iPhone 14, this display will contain a cutout that will house the Face ID module, which will make facial recognition the cheapest Apple smartphone.

The overall size of the iPhone SE 4 will be 147.7 x 71.5 mm (5.8 x 2.81 inches) and 7.7 mm thick. There's a USB-C port at the base, but while rumors claimed there was an Action button, the renders don't seem to show one.

The rear remains the biggest difference between the main iPhone line and the iPhone SE: the render of the iPhone SE 4 shows a single main camera and the absence of a square camera bump.

While the CAD renderings seem impressive, there is no guarantee that they actually represent what Apple will release for the iPhone SE 4. In some cases, they are created by accessory manufacturers and are largely based on rumors and speculation.
