iPad Air 5 hits record low price of $449 ahead of spring update
Amazon now offers Apple iPad Air 5 starting at 449 US dollars for Wi-Fi 64 GB model. That's $150 off the regular $599 price you pay and matches the all-time low for only the second time around. Today's offer is the best in the last 2 months. It's also joined by some deals on the 256GB model and cellular configurations, both of which are also $150 off. All five different color options are also available in many different versions.
By packing all the power of the M1 into a more affordable form factor, Apple's iPad Air 5 just got even better. value with some savings attached. Notably, it features a 10.9-inch Retina display with True Tone technology, P3 wide color gamut, and anti-glare canvas coating.
Apple Pencil 2 support is there, of course, along with other stable features in the iPadOS lineup like Touch ID in the power button and a 12MP ultra-wide-angle front camera with Center Stage support. On the other hand, the rumored iPad Air 6 doesn't look like too radical a redesign. We've reported on what to expect on 9to5Mac, and while the horizontal front-facing camera will be one of the most noticeable changes, the actual dimensions and design will remain the same with some spec improvements. But unless the new M3 chip costs an extra $150 (or potentially more), today's iPadOS device deals are hard to beat.
iPhone 13/Pro starts at $370 today
Woot has a collection of certified refurbished iPhones on sale today starting at $126 with Prime shipping. Otherwise, shipping will cost you $6. There are a ton of previous-generation phones on sale, but the favorite has to be the iPhone 13 Pro, which costs just$485. That's well below the original price of $999, and also beats our previous mention by an extra $5. This is also a new record low.
Apple's previous generation iPhone 13 Pro is powered by the A15 Bionic chip, like other phones in the series, which features a 6.1-inch Super Retina XDR display with ProMotion technology. If you're not sold on the new iPhone 15 Pro with its USB-C port, this is a great option to bring home a capable flagship phone with more software updates for less money.
You can also save on an iPhone 13 today as the standard version of the phone drops to$370. This is down from the original price of $799 and makes the option even more affordable if you don't need the extra camera sensor. For comparison, we last saw it on sale for $430.
