Tim Cook Shows Off Nike Air Max 1'86 “Made on iPad” During Apple's “Let Loose” Event

Tim Cook isn't just talking when it comes to the iPad lifestyle. Apple CEO literally walks… in custom Nike 1-in-1 sneakers. It turns out that Cook's “Let Loose”; The event's attire included a special pair of Nike Air Max 1'86 sneakers. Hypebeast has the scoop…

From the Apple Pencil-style swoosh to “Made on iPad”” handwritten on the tongue, the Apple CEO's sneakers instantly find themselves at the top of every Apple shoe and collector's list.

However, these sneakers are completely unique to Apple. iPad M2 iPad Air and iPad Pro M4 introduced. Don't expect this priceless Nike Air Max 1 86 to hit stores or online anywhere. Hypebeast says they were created solely to extend the new iPad line and will not be sold.

As for iPad connectivity, here's Hypebeast's Sarah Kearns:

Building on Apple's long history of collaboration, Cook wore the Nike Air Max 1 86 sneakers, which were created to accompany the unveiling of the updated iPad Pro with the processor M4 and the new Apple Pencil Pro. […]

Decorative stitching around the Swoosh and heel is reminiscent of the Apple Pencil Pro, mimicking the lines of a sketch. The Swoosh also appears in 86's language, along with the handwritten words “Made on iPad.”
