Over the years, many smartphones have appeared with built-in stands. I always thought they were kind of useless. The MOFT Phone tripod is reminiscent of many MagSafe compatible wallets , but made in origami style. It can be used in a variety of ways at different angles, including vertical and horizontal. It's only 0.27 inches thick, but can lift your iPhone up to 8 inches high. This makes it useful for holding your phone steady while recording, watching videos at your desk, or watching a movie on a plane. It's thin enough that you can leave it on your iPhone forever without noticing.
Several times a day, I typically clear Zoom meetings from my desk and iPhone. This is the perfect device for this. I find the iPhone to be the best way to do video conferencing because it has a much better front-facing camera than my Mac and also provides a level of concentration where you can't multitask. I also hate that people's monitor settings require them to look away from the webcam since it's hard to tell if people are paying attention. With this device, I can easily raise my iPhone to a greater height, answer a call, and focus on the meeting ahead.
