Epic Games filed a petition for a trial asking the district judge Ivonn Gonzalez Rogers to order Apple to approve Fortnite for the US Appendix store, in the next escalation of the ongoing legal battle between two companies.
When submitting an EPIC, Apple's April order that Apple is reviewing the application for their use external payment links. EPIC claims that Apple's refusal to reconsider its view Fortnite until the decision of the ninth circle is in order to answer its legal tasks. EPIC claims that this delay violates the previous Apple warranty for both EPIC and the court, that it will approve Fortnite if the application complies with Apple recommendations. EPIC claims that on Friday his game disappeared from the EU application store from the Apple decision to block his US representation. Apple objected, asking EPIC for a second application without turning on the American showcase “so as not to influence Fortnite in other geographies.” Gonzalez Rogers will again find Apple in contempt, as in her decision on April 30, where she expressed disappointment about Apple's efforts on compliance with the requirements.
