Apple today released VisionOS 1.1.2, a minor update to visionOS operating system released with Vision Pro in February. visionOS Version 1.1.2 comes out a month after the launch of VisionOS 1.1.
visionOS updates can be installed by going to the Settings app on the Vision Pro, selecting the General section and selecting Software Update. To install new software, you must remove the Vision Pro headset. A progress bar will appear on the front EyeSight display.
According to Apple's release notes, the update contains unspecified bug fixes and is recommended for all users. .
Apple also released an updated version of visionOS 1.2 beta available to developers. The new version has version number 21O5555f, up from the previous version 21O5555e.
Apple regularly releases updates for visionOS. As mentioned above, the VisionOS 1.2 update is already in beta testing and we expect to see visionOS 2 introduced in June with a whole new set of features.
