Apple is releasing macOS Sequoia 15.1.1 today with what it calls important security fixes. The update comes three weeks after macOS Sequoia 15.1 was released to the public.
Apple's release notes say, “This update contains important security fixes and is recommended for all users.” The build number for today's update is 24B91. The update is available for all Macs that can run macOS Sequoia.
You can update your Mac by going to System Preferences, selecting General, then selecting Software Update.
Apple has not yet updated its security webpage with details about which vulnerabilities have been fixed in macOS Sequoia 15.1.1. We will update this post as soon as that information becomes available.
