After an exclusive launch in the US in February, Apple began the international expansion of the Vision Pro in June. Now the company is ready to bring the Apple Vision Pro to even more countries, as it just announced a new expansion next month.
Apple VIsion Pro coming to South Korea and UAE
Apple's chief marketing officer Greg Joswiak confirmed the news in a post on X. According to him, the Apple Vision Pro will be coming to South Korea and the United Arab Emirates on November 15, just a week after the launch of the new M4 Mac computers.
“Apple Vision Pro coming to South Korea and the United Arab Emirates on November 15! “We’re excited that customers in a dozen countries and regions will be able to immerse themselves in the world of spatial computing,” Joswiak said.
Pre-orders for the Apple Vision Pro will begin on November 4 at 5 a.m. local time in these countries. The Vision Pro webpage is now live on the South Korean and UAE websites ahead of pre-orders.
With the launch in South Korea and the UAE, the Apple Vision Pro will be available in 12 countries.
With a starting price of $3,500 in the U.S., the Apple Vision Pro is considered a niche product. In an interview this month, Apple CEO Tim Cook acknowledged that the device is not a mass-market product. A report from The Information found that Apple has enough inventory to meet demand for the Vision Pro “for the foreseeable future”
Analysts believe Apple has enough components to produce up to 600,000 headsets by the end of the year.
