A person from Ohio relies on Apple Watch for Rescue after a stroke during training

Derick Gant relied on his Apple Watch to cause assistance after he had a stroke during training on the street. The incident shows how even the most active people can experience a medical emergency and benefit from connecting to emergency services via Apple Watch. Gant reached his goal of training, but then he collapsed and could not feel his leg or hand. His doorbell camera actually caught the entire incident on the video. Gant says that he initially dismissed it and thought that he would be in the order after a couple of minutes before deciding that he needed help.

A few minutes later, health workers arrived at his house and began to relate to him. His Apple Watch also notified his emergency contacts that the incident occurred. The answer was mainly automatic during the first minute of the fall and experiencing stroke.
