Gentler Streak Adds New Sleep Data in Its Latest Update

The Apple Watch has gained a lot of sleep monitoring features over the years, but there are still third-party apps that provide deeper insights into your sleep data. One such app is Gentler Streak, and its latest update adds new insights and capabilities for sleep tracking.

Gentler Streak Gets New Sleep Monitoring Features

Version 5 of Gentler Streak brings a lot of exciting new features when it comes to sleep monitoring. The team behind the app spent months working with medical professionals and testing multiple sleep monitoring devices to provide deep sleep analysis.

Each morning, Gentler Streak will show the user a summary of their sleep quality, with details on sleep duration, restorative sleep, sleep stages, and more. Users can easily see a quick overview of their sleep over the past nights. The app will also help users identify areas for improvement.

Gentler Streak also uses sleep data in combination with other health data collected from your Apple Watch to update its Wellbeing section, which helps users easily understand what’s going well and what needs attention in their health.

Speaking of the Wellbeing section, it has also been updated to allow users to better customize the metrics displayed. Most recently, the app was updated to support tinted icons in iOS 18.
