After releasing iOS 18.1 with Apple Intelligence to the public, Apple is also releasing watchOS 11.1 for Apple Watch users. Keep reading as we cover the update in more detail.
watchOS 11.1 Now Available
watchOS 11.1 doesn't bring any major new features. Instead, the update focuses on bug fixes and overall stability. The final watchOS 11.1 build number is 22R585.
While Apple Watch doesn’t officially support Apple Intelligence, once you update your iPhone to iOS 18.1, your watch will get one big AI benefit: Notification summaries.
You can update your Apple Watch by going to Settings > General > Software Update. It’s worth noting that your Apple Watch must be charged to at least 50% and connected to a charger to install watchOS updates.
