Today, Apple released the trailer for Season 2 of Power, the hit sci-fi series on Apple TV+. Based on the book series by Hugh Howey, the series follows Juliet (Rebecca Ferguson) in a world where everyone lives underground, in a bunker shrouded in mystery.
Power became Apple’s most-watched drama when the first season debuted last year in May 2023. And Season 2 picks up right where the Season 1 finale leaves off, with Juliet exploring the world beyond —
As the scope of the story expands, so does the cast. In season two, Steve Zahn will join the series as a series regular as the new character “Solo.” Season two is expected to cover the remainder of the story told in the first book on which the series is based; season one covered about half of the first novel's plot.
Season two of “Sheila” premieres next month, with the first of its ten episodes dropping on November 15. New episodes will be released weekly, every Friday. The show is expected to run for a total of four seasons, though Apple has yet to publicly confirm a renewal.
