macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 Now Available with Important Bug Fixes

macOS 15.0.1 is now rolling out with some key bug fixes for Mac users. The update addresses issues in the Messages app, as well as compatibility issues that affected third-party security software. Full release notes are below.

macOS Sequoia 15.0.1 has build number 24A348. The update is available now by opening the System Preferences app, selecting General, and then selecting Software Update.

Apple says macOS 15.0.1 “brings important bug fixes for your Mac.” Here’s the full breakdown of the fixes:

  • Messages may end unexpectedly when replying to a message with a shared Apple Watch face.
  • Compatibility with third-party security software is improved.
