Affected customers are reporting dropped calls and an inability to hear the person they are trying to contact.

Update:AT&T says the compatibility issue has been resolved and that it has worked with other carriers to resolve the issue.

Update 2: T-Mobile clarified that its network did not go down. T-Mobile spokesperson: “We are not experiencing any outages. We've seen an increase in Down Detector on other providers, so this may be an issue our customers are experiencing when connecting to users on other networks.”
