Training Today is a smart app that gets Apple Watch users “training ready”; assessment to know when to rest, push, etc. “Dynamic cycling workouts” have now been added to the watchOS and iOS app; train more intentionally while traveling.

With dynamic cycling workouts, you can choose between these workouts. five options:
- Strength
- Endurance
- Speed and Stamina
- Recovery
- Temp

In addition to these categories, you can choose between several different difficulty levels to make sure your workout suits your body's needs.
Once a workout is selected, it is sent directly to the user's Apple Watch, providing step-by-step guidance throughout the session. This seamless integration ensures a seamless training experience, allowing cyclists to track their progress in real time while focusing on selected metrics.
