Two unreleased Apple devices were discovered in Indian regulatory filings yesterday. Two more models have been spotted ahead of the expected announcement of new iPad models next month.
The Bureau of Indian Standards has a second wave of ads spotted by MySmartPrice. (BIS) with model numbers A2898 and A2899. This joins the two models revealed yesterday, numbered A2836 and A2837. All four model numbers do not match any existing Apple devices, but the four new iPad Models expected to launch next month include the 10.9-inch iPad Air, 12.9-inch iPad Air, 11.1-inch iPad Pro, and 13-inch iPad Pro.
It is unclear whether the A2898 and A2899 are the new iPad Air or iPad Pro models, but both product lines are expected to be updated in May after repeated delays. The appearance of new Apple devices in regulatory documents usually indicates that their release is imminent.
