Apple today announced the official dates for its 35th annual Worldwide Developers Conference, scheduled to begin on Monday, June 10th. In its announcements, Apple sometimes gives us subtle hints about what to expect, and Greg Joswiak makes some not-so-subtle references to AI.
In his tweet, Joswiak said that WWDC 2024 will be “Absolutely incredible” and he intentionally capitalized the first two letters of each word, AI.

End Over the past few months, executives Apple confirmed Apple's work on artificial intelligence. In February, Apple CEO Tim Cook said Apple plans to “break new ground” in generative artificial intelligence in 2024. “We believe this will open up transformative opportunities for our users. ” Cook said.
In November, Cook confirmed that Apple is “investing quite a bit” in artificial intelligence, and during Apple's last earnings call, he said Apple was spending “an enormous amount of time and effort.” ” about artificial intelligence, with details to be released later in 2024.
WWDC 2024 will take place during the week of June 10th, starting with a keynote event featuring the presentation of iOS 18 and other operating system updates.
