YouTube TV subscribers can now watch multiple programs simultaneously on iPhone and iPad thanks to support for Multiview deployment, Google has confirmed (via 9to5Google).
Multiview allows users to watch four different cable channels on the screen simultaneously. This feature works on the Home tab, which includes broadcast options like “Best for You” and “Watch in Multiview,” but it only works for sports events.
Subscribers to iPhone and iPad To access Multivew you will need to upgrade to version 8.11 or later. According to YouTube TV, Multiview “is subject to device and content restrictions” and is limited to “pre-selected games only.”

Costs the YouTube TV Basic plan. $72.99 per month, and various add-on packages are also available, such as NBA League Pass, which currently costs $49.99 for the entire season. YouTube TV said it plans to launch Multiview on Android in the coming months.
