Although Apple Vision Pro supports Bluetooth, Apple said in a support document today that there is no guarantee that third-party Bluetooth accessories and devices will be compatible. However, Apple has provided information that it will probably work.
AirPods/Beats
All current AirPods and Beats headphones can be connected to the Vision Pro. Apple recommends AirPods Pro 2 with a USB-C charging case because it supports lossless audio and ultra-low latency, while older AirPods do not.
Keyboards
Most Bluetooth keyboards from Apple and other manufacturers support Vision Pro. Vision Pro is not compatible with older Apple keyboards that use removable batteries.

Mice and trackpads
Apple Vision Pro Doesn't work with Bluetooth mice at all. It works with the Apple Magic Trackpad, but older trackpads with removable batteries are not compatible, nor are trackpads from other manufacturers.
Controllers
Everything made for iPhone You can go to Vision Pro Connect Bluetooth controllers, including Xbox and PlayStation controllers. Apple says that any controller that works with iPadOS will work with Vision Pro.
Hearing Devices
Made for iPhone hearing aids can connect to Vision Pro. Some Phonak, IQBud and Poco models are also compatible with the headset.
