Starting today, Apple's upgraded MacBook Air models with M3 chips are available for same-day or next-day pickup at Apple Stores without pre-ordering. Today, customers are also starting to receive online orders.
Customers throughout the US, Canada, Europe, Asia, and other regions can now place an order on the Apple website or Apple Store app and arrange for pickup from a local retail store.
To order a product using Apple Store Pickup, add item to cart on Apple.com, proceed to checkout, select “I'll Pick Up” option, enter your zip code, select available Apple Store location and select a pickup date. Payment is processed online and may require a valid government-issued photo ID and order number upon pickup.
In addition to the M3 chip, the new 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air&zwnj ; models offer Wi-Fi 6E, Voice Isolation and Wide Spectrum modes, enhanced voice clarity for audio and video calls, and a more fingerprint-resistant finish with a Midnight color option. They also now support up to two external displays when the laptop's lid is closed, instead of the single external display on previous Apple Silicon models.
There are no major changes to the external design of the M3 MacBook. Air models that continue to be available in Midnight, Starlight, Space Gray and Silver. Prices for the 13-inch MacBook Air prices start at $1,099, and the 15-inch MacBook Air from $1,299.
