A day later, Apple released public beta versions of the second beta build. For better or worse, there is no public beta version of VisionOS.
Development of iOS 17.4 is in full swing. Apple has just sent out the second beta version of iOS 17.4 to developers. The software preview is primarily focused on EU regulatory changes.
Here's a quick overview of the three big changes. that Apple is preparing:
- Apple announces reduction in app fees in Europe.
- Apple will allow third-party browsers and web engines to be used by default on iPhone, but only in the EU
- Apple announces support for third-party iPhone app stores in the EU coming with iOS 17.4.

Apple also released macOS 14.4 beta 2, watchOS 10.4 beta 2, and tvOS 17.4 beta 2. We will update as new platforms are updated.
